HANDS-ON ASSIGNMENT
Write a one-page pitch and shortlist five aligned prospects.

PREPARE
Potential collaborator names, portfolio, business description and draft email.

60-MINUTE SESSION
15 min — skill and real flower-business examples.
35 min — guided work on your own business asset (build, rebuild or optimise).
10 min — share progress, review, commit to a measurable next action.

MY FLOWER BUSINESS GROWTH PORTFOLIO
Save the completed document or worksheet, note any before/after numbers, and add the most important business action to your monthly scorecard. Members will finish 2027 with 12 reusable business assets, a year-end review and a 2028 growth plan. Results vary; this is a collaborative business lab, not a guarantee of revenue.

For florists, flower farmers, ikebana teachers, event designers and other botanical entrepreneurs. Bring your actual business materials; early-stage members may use examples.
