What is Ikebana?

What flowers and equipment do I need?

You can use flowers that are available where you live.

Before the course begins you'll need:

• Flower scissors
• A suiban (a shallow container used in ikebana) or choose a suitable bowl from your kitchen before you invest in a suiban
• A kenzan (a metal flower frog used to hold stems in place)
