Ikebana Foundations is a structured 4-week course designed to take you from beginner to your first ikebana portfolio.

This special hybrid intake combines a live introduction class with guided online study, offering a practical way to begin (or reframe) your ikebana practice.

Course format

Week 1 - Live Introduction Masterclass (Sydney, Australia)
Sunday 8 February 2026
10:00am–12:00pm

The course begins with a two-hour in-person masterclass introducing the core principles of ikebana. You’ll create a beginner-friendly arrangement and take your work and tools home with you. 

Weeks 2–4 - Online Foundations Course
Continue the course online at home, completing the remaining lessons at your own pace.
